All Forms must be completed in there entirety. No students can participate in Pre-season, Practice or games until forms are turned into their perspective coaches and verified accurate. The PBC School board requires all students to pay a $75.00 insurance fee (non-negotiable). Students can tryout with a $10.00 insurance fee during tryouts. All Fees are non-refundable.
